For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please email us here help@steezia.co.uk.
The shipping time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force major, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.
