No. The app is used to personalise your sound — it doesn't support Bluetooth calls, music or TV streaming. If you'd like streaming, choose the STZ Harmony instead.
Who is the Minitone Pro best for?

It's designed for adults with mild to moderate hearing difficulty who want a discreet in-ear design with app-based sound control. Prefer no app at all? The Minitone and Minitone XS are one-button simple.
Are these just amplifiers?

No. It's a self-fit hearing aid with noise reduction and feedback control designed to make speech clearer — not simply make everything louder — and the app lets you personalise the sound to your hearing.
Do I need a hearing test or an appointment?

No test or appointment is needed to buy. It's self-fit, and the app includes a hearing check to help set your starting point. Please see a GP or audiologist first if your hearing loss is sudden, one-sided, or comes with pain, discharge or dizziness.
What if the sound feels too loud at first?

That's common while your ears adjust. Start at a lower volume, complete the app hearing check, and try a different ear tip for a better seal — it settles for most people within a few days.
What if I hear whistling?

Whistling is usually down to fit — the ear tip size, wax build-up, or the aid not sitting snugly. Try a different tip, clean the wax guard, and reinsert securely. The included feedback control is designed to help reduce it, and our team can help if it persists.
Will they fit my ears?

They come with several sizes of soft silicone tips to suit most ears. If you can't get a comfortable, secure fit, you're covered by the 30-day trial.
How long does the battery last?
